David Whittle
In December 2015 David retired from his day to day involvement, however David is retained as a Consultant to the Company enabling his vast experience to be called upon as and when required.  This has freed up more time for him to concentrate on restoring his Vintage Cars.
Jeremy Whittle
Managing Director
In January 2016 Jeremy took up the position of Managing Director to drive the Company’s strategic direction.  Jeremy is a Chartered Surveyor and ensures that all the constituent components of the Company pull in the right direction whilst keeping a very close control of the Company’s Finances.  Jeremy’s summers are taken up playing cricket at the weekend.
Paul Whelan
Paul has acted as Managing Director for the last 10 years – in what has been a very challenging fiscal environment.  As the Company moves forward his role is to provide support to Jeremy whilst heading up the Estimating Department and is the glue that holds the Company together.

Nick Bell
Construction Director
Nick joined the Company as an Apprentice Joiner.  He is an important motivator within the Company, whilst he is involved in the full range of projects, he specifically enjoys projects where there is a significant Civil Engineering component.  He also looks after the Company’s labour resources.
Daniel Causer
Daniel is a Director of the Company and oversees the Company's Project Management and Surveying Department.  Daniel is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
Philip Helm
Head of Business Development
Philip's role is to identify deliverable, viable projects – working with our existing Client base or out finding new opportunities and forming new relationships. Philip has specific interest in Affordable Housing, specialist housing (supported / healthcare), PRS and housing for open market sale.

Andy Brumwell
Director (Contracts Manager)
Andy joined the Company as a joiner, he has specific interests in the refurbishment of buildings – Schools, Ecclesiastical and specialist refurbishments.  Andy heads up the Company’s Apprenticeships Scheme as well as looking after the Company’s van fleet.
Scott Eastwood
Contracts Manager
Scott joined the Company as a bricklayer, he has specific interests in new build housing and is a real driver of schemes to ensure that they are delivered on time and to budget.
Jordan Whelan
Contracts Manager
Jordan is a Contracts Manager - focusing on new build housing developments.  Jordan joined the Company in 2003 as an Apprentice Bench Joiner.  He loves his Super Bikes.

Steve Hartley
Project Manager - QS
Steve is a Chartered Surveyor, he leads the Project Management on the Affordable Housing developments – which make up two thirds of the Company’s work.  It is also rumored that there are several framed pictures of Steve at Lancaster Football Club in recognition of the honours he achieved with that Club.
Frank Brogden
Project Manager - QS
Frank is responsible for pricing Sub Contractor packages – an integral component for ensuring that the Company engages with the most appropriate, competent specialist sub contractors.  He is another big Blackpool Football Club fan.
Michael Berrie
Quantity Surveyor
Michael recently graduated from his Quantity Surveying Degree with Honours.  He looks after sub contractor procurement, utilities and works closely with the Project Managers.  Michael is also a musician, performing regularly in local clubs and bars.

Chris Hayward
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Chris began his career with Tysons as a Bricklayer for 4 years. While moving on to his higher education, an opportunity arose for him to become an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and gain experience as he progresses through his QS Degree at UCLan University.
Peter Reynolds
Purchasing & Customer Operations Manager
Pete has the nickname “Swiss Army” as he turns his hand to everything. His core responsibilities are as the main negotiator / buyer of products and components, managing the joinery workshop and dealing with any defects. He does enjoy golf when he is not at work.
Dezz Reynolds
QUENSH Manager
Dezz is responsible for all Health and Safety issues on and off site, he is responsible for ensuring all staff and sub contractors are appropriately trained and qualified and is responsible for the Company’s Quality Systems.

Dave Cousins
Customer Care
Dave has been with the Company for many years and uses this vast experience to deal with all follow up and Customer Care issues.
Sue Jones
Head Office Reception
Sue is most probably the person you meet or speak to when you come to or call the office. She also helps with the tender packages as well as organizing certain aspects of the Chairman’s Vintage car refurbishment projects.
Jane Tyson
Finance - Payroll
Jane is an integral part of the Finance and Administration team, she looks after the payroll, pensions ensuring that the correct stock and costs are attributed to the right construction projects.  Out of work she enjoys playing tennis.

Lesley Smith
Finance and Administrative Support
Lesley is an integral part of the Finance and Administration team, she is responsible for the Purchase Ledger together with preparing the Health and Safety Manuals and new home information packs.
Irene Jones
Finance - Accounts
Irene has been with the Company since 1994 and is the Company Secretary.  She is responsible for the Company Accounts and all of the sub-contractor payments.  Out of work she is the Finance Director of the English Ice Hockey Association Ltd.
