Growth & Engagement Coordinator

The Growth & Engagement Coordinator at Tyson Construction is a dynamic role focused on business development, marketing and communication. Working alongside the Business Development Director, you will drive social value initiatives, enhance internal and external communication and support branding efforts to contribute to Company growth and community impact.
Key responsibilities include driving Social Value, business development, strengthening client relationships, implementing sustainability strategies, improving employee engagement and tracking performance data.
This position is ideal for a graduate in Business, Marketing, or Communications with strong communication skills, a passion for company culture and a proactive mindset.

Your Responsibilities
Business Development
• Contribute to winning tenders, identifying new opportunities and drafting proposals. Strengthen relationships with clients, stakeholders and customers to enhance Company reputation and growth.
Social Value & Sustainability
• Develop, implement and monitor Social Value initiatives, ensuring measurable impact, compliance and positive community contributions. Identify opportunities to enhance our sustainability strategy.
Marketing & Branding
• Support branding, content creation and communication strategies to ensure clear, compelling messaging across all platforms. Champion our company vision, values and culture.
Employee Experience & Engagement
• Enhance new employee onboarding, career progression and team engagement. Drive initiatives that recognise achievements and reward outstanding performance within the team and promote our company culture.
Internal Communication & Collaboration
• Enhance communication channels, ensuring alignment and information flow across the business. Organise internal and external events to foster collaboration.
Data & Performance Tracking
• Utilise company data to create financial models, track performance and communicate insights effectively. Assist in project completion reviews, ensuring learnings and successes are captured and shared.
